- 1 unit per 50 guests for a standard 4-hour event without alcohol
- 1 unit per 35 guests for events serving alcohol (increased restroom frequency)
- Add 20% more units for events over 6 hours
- Add 50% more units for all-day or multi-day festivals
- At least 1 ADA unit per cluster of portable restrooms at public events
