2-stall trailers start at $895 per day or $1,400 for a weekend (Friday delivery, Monday pickup). 4-stall trailers start at $1,800 per day or $2,800 for a weekend. All prices include delivery, professional setup, and pickup. No hidden fees.
Yes. Restroom trailers require a standard 20-amp electrical connection for lighting, climate control, and water pumps. The outlet should be within 100 feet of the trailer placement. If your venue does not have power nearby, we can arrange a generator for an additional fee.
A 2-stall trailer comfortably serves 100-150 guests for a 4-6 hour event. A 4-stall trailer handles 200-350 guests. For events with alcohol or longer durations, capacity is reduced. For 500+ guests, we recommend multiple trailers or mid-event servicing. Call us with your guest count and we will recommend the right setup.
The trailer needs a flat, level surface. Concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel are ideal. Grass works if it is firm and level. We can place leveling blocks on uneven surfaces. The delivery vehicle needs clear access to the placement area. If you are unsure about your site, send us photos or a description and we will advise.
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events during peak season (March through October in Texas). For weddings and large corporate events, 4-8 weeks is ideal. Last-minute availability is sometimes possible but cannot be guaranteed.
A huge difference. A restroom trailer is essentially a mobile indoor restroom. It has flushing toilets, running water sinks, mirrors, lighting, and climate control (heat and air conditioning). The experience is identical to using a nice indoor restroom. A porta potty is a standalone plastic unit with a holding tank. For special events where guest experience matters, a restroom trailer is the clear choice.
