Standard porta potty monthly rentals start at $199/month with weekly cleaning, delivery, and pickup included. Weekend event rentals start at $249. Deluxe flushable units start at $299/month. ADA accessible units start at $299/month. All our prices are flat rate with no hidden fees, fuel surcharges, or setup charges.

Monthly construction rentals include weekly cleaning as standard. This includes waste pump-out, interior sanitization, restocking of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and deodorizer. Need more frequent service? Extra cleaning (twice a week) is available for $85/month per unit.

OSHA requires a minimum of 1 portable toilet per 20 workers on a construction site. The ANSI recommended standard is 1 per 10 workers for optimal compliance and worker satisfaction. Toilets must be located within 200 feet of active work areas. For a 50-person job site, we recommend 5 standard units. Call us and we will calculate the right number for your site for free.

General rule: 1 unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event. For longer events (6+ hours) or events with alcohol, plan for 1 unit per 25-35 guests. For events of 100+ guests, include at least 1 ADA accessible unit. We recommend adding a handwash station for every 2-3 porta potties. Yes. Our ADA-compliant units are extra-wide (approximately 60 inches) with wheelchair-accessible entry, interior grab bars, and ground-level ramps. They meet all Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. ADA units start at $299/month for construction or $325 for a weekend event. Texas and local codes often require at least 5% of units be ADA accessible at public events.

Yes. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon, subject to availability. Standard delivery is within 24-48 hours. If you need guaranteed same-day delivery at any time, rush delivery is available for a $125 surcharge. We cover the entire Austin metro, DFW, and Houston areas.

Everything essential. Delivery, pickup, and regular servicing are all included. For monthly construction rentals, that means weekly cleaning with waste removal, sanitization, and restocking of supplies. There are no fuel surcharges, no environmental fees, no setup fees, and no surprise charges. The price we quote is the price you pay. That is our flat rate promise.

A standard porta potty has a holding tank toilet, urinal, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, and ventilation. It is the workhorse unit for construction and general events. A deluxe flushable unit has a flushing toilet (similar to an indoor restroom), a sink with running water, a mirror, and soap dispenser. Deluxe units are preferred for corporate events, weddings, and long-term sites where comfort matters.
