Dumpster Rental FAQ
It depends on your project. A 10-yard handles a garage cleanout (about 3 pickup truck loads). A 20-yard is our most popular and handles kitchen or bathroom remodels and roofing projects. A 30 or 40-yard is best for large renovations, new construction, or demolition. Call us and describe your project and we will recommend the right size.
10-yard: $425, 15-yard: $499, 20-yard: $549, 30-yard: $649, 40-yard: $749. All prices are for a 10-day rental with included tonnage, delivery, and pickup. No hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, no environmental fees. Overage is $85/ton beyond the included weight allowance.
Standard rental period is 10 days from delivery. Need it longer? Extensions are $15 per day. Just call us before day 10 and we will extend your rental. No penalties, no hassle.
Most dumpsters up to 20 yards fit in a standard residential driveway. A 10-yard is about 12 feet long by 8 feet wide. A 20-yard is about 22 feet long by 8 feet wide. You need about 60 feet of clearance for the delivery truck. If you are placing it in the street, you may need a permit from your city. We can help you figure that out.
The dumpster is weighed at the landfill after pickup. If you exceed the included tonnage, the overage rate is $85 per additional ton. We will notify you of any overage charges before processing. For heavy materials like concrete, we recommend our 10-yard heavy box which includes unlimited weight for $499.
Yes. A dumpster swap (picking up a full container and dropping off an empty one of the same size) is $249. This is common for large projects that generate more debris than a single container can hold. Call us when your dumpster is about three-quarters full and we will schedule the swap.
